We do not sell seconds.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?
Yes. Even the tiles are dishwasher safe – use them as spoon rests and then pop them in the dishwasher rack to clean.

Are your ceramics microwave safe?
Yes

Are your dishes oven safe ?
Only certain dishes are oven safe – email us if you have a particular piece in mind.

Are all your ceramics food safe ?

All our ceramics are food safe.

However our turquoise crackle glaze is for dry food only (eg: nuts and crackers) or for use as a soap or jewellery dish.

Can I put a hot plate on your tiles and use them as trivets?
Yes.

Do people install your tiles in the wall for backsplashe and fireplaces ?
Yes. Please check out our ‘about our tiles’ section for more information

How do I incorporate your tiles with other tiles from other manufacturers?
Most of our tiles are standard sizes ie 4” square, 6”square, 8”, and 6x12” etc as well as subway tiles. So they are easy to install as accent tiles with other tiles. Visit our ‘about our tiles’ section for more information on sizing. Due to the hand made nature of the tiles, our tiles will usually be slightly thicker than factory made tiles. When installing our tiles together with tiles made my another manufacturer, you may choose to use extra mortar in order to allow pushing our tiles in further to make the wall surface even. Please email us before you install the tiles if you need more information on installation and grouting suggestions.

Can I make a special order of a custom dish or tile?
Yes. Please feel free to email us regarding customs dishes or carvings for a one of a kind tile or mural for your home. Please visit our ‘gallery of installed tiles’ and ‘custom’ sections on the website. We welcome custom projects.

Do you have wedding registries ?
Yes, Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the particulars. We also make ‘First Stones’ which are a wonderful house warming present. Email us to find out more.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes, and we have wonderful Christmas baskets too ! Ask us to put something fabulous together for Mother’s day, Father’s Day, Easter etc

Can I send to multiple addresses?
Your order can only be delivered to one address. Please make separate orders for different addresses.
