Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Customer information

In order to make a purchase through the Fawn Ceramics website or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Tax

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All prices are displayed excluding tax and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus tax at the current rate and delivery charges. Tax due on your purchase varies depending upon your location. Taxes apply to all items that are shipped within Canada, or items that are picked up from our location. Products shipping to the USA = Please note that tiles are duty free under  NAFTA. However any orders over $200 are subject to a  brokerage fee. There are no brokerage fees or any additional item taxes when your purchase does not exceed a total value of $200 USD. To avoid brokerage fees for items over $200 USD, select "UPS 3-Day Select" as a shipping method. The shipping charge is slightly higher, but brokerage is included and you get the item faster.

The U. S. A. imposes Customs duty fees /importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country. If an item sells for more than $200.00 USD and is being shipped to the U. S. A., then a fee will apply (which also covers UPS brokerage processing). We do not cover these fees. Customers are responsible for payment of such fees. The price of all fees is announced to the receiver at the time of delivery or via a bill from UPS

Products shipping to Europe, Asia, Far East, Australia, South America = there is no tax added to your purchase however you may be charged duty on your purchase from customs in the country your purchase is being shipped to.

Hand- Made Pottery and Tiles

While the colour and size reproduction is a close representation, every pottery piece is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
In tiles and in tableware and ornamental pottery slight variations in colour and size may occur and are often desired as part of the hand-made aesthetic.

Delivery

Delivery can be made to countries overseas as well as across North America. We will deliver orders in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@fawnceramics.com quoting your order number.

Once your items have shipped we will email you with a confirmation that they have shipped and provide you with a tracking number. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt/within 24 hours that there is a problem or you cancel your order in acceptance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods; Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is received. You confirm that the credit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Fawn Ceramics, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you.

Legally binding contract

Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

Cancellation rights

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

Tiles and Pottery once you are the owner

We have no control over and are not responsible for the materials or method used to install our tiles, the skill of the installer, the type of maintenance, usage or amount of traffic. We do not therefore, guarantee our tiles against chipping, cracking, discolouring, wearing, or scratching once the tiles have been installed. We do not guarantee our pottery/tableware against chipping, cracking, discolouring, wearing, or scratching once they have been purchased and received by you. We assume no obligation beyond the purchase price of products supplied by Fawn Ceramics and assume no liability for damages of any kind.
